1. Hub Help

Opt-Out of CACI
If you wish us to stop processing your data for direct marketing purposes, please email [email protected]. We will then add you to our suppression file of consumers who do not want their data used for direct marketing. Any future requests from our clients for data for direct marketing are always screened against this file.

We will process your request promptly, and ordinarily within 7 days, but it may take up to three months before it becomes effective with all our clients, as they often plan marketing campaigns several months in advance. You can also write to us at the address in section 1 of our privacy policy or call 0207 605 7077.

Industry Opt-Out Subscriptions
If you wish to minimise the amount of direct marketing communications you receive, there are a number of industry opt out files you can subscribe to.

Postal Marketing
You can opt out of receiving direct mail by registering with the Mailing Preference Service. The MPS is administered by the Data and Marketing Association.

Telephone Marketing
You can opt out of receiving telephone marketing calls by registering with the Telephone Preference Service.

Email Marketing
There is no industry-wide scheme for opting out of emails. If you receive emails from organisations you do not wish to hear from, you will need to unsubscribe via a link in the email.

2. Contact the Information Commissioner’s Office

If you wish to learn more about your privacy rights, you should contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The ICO is the UK’s data protection regulator and is responsible for ensuring your rights are protected. You can contact the ICO on 0303 123 1113.

Turn off tracking on your phone to stop providing location data
If you don’t want CACI, or other companies, receiving location data, you can adjust the settings on your mobile device (that is, either through the privacy controls on the app or through your overall location data settings).

3. CACI’s Data Partners

CACI obtains data such as names and addresses from its partners, who collect data directly from consumers for marketing purposes. CACI is named as a recipient of the data under ‘Marketing Services Providers’. See section 2 of the privacy policy for more information.

CACI does not collect any personal data directly from consumers for use in its products or other purposes. Our data partners are listed below.

4. Who keeps us in check?

*The ICO is the government organisation that regulates all UK businesses and we adhere to data protection laws under their guidance.

* We are certified to international security standard ISO 27001 and our data security systems and policies are strict to reflect and maintain this. These are independently audited on a regular basis.

*We are active and involved members of the UK’s Data and Marketing Association (DMA) and abide by the DMA Code of Conduct.
